Interpreting into the Future

The Interpreting into the Future -project strengthens the competence of interpreters, customers and trainers in distance learning and remote interpreting.   

The project will map the current state of distance learning and remote interpreting and the learning environment in interpreting training and in the field of interpretation. The project produces training materials to support distance learning and remote interpreting for sign language interpreters and AAC interpreters. In addition, the project will train interpreters and lecturers on new practices in distance learning and remote interpreting, as well as develop a digital learning environment and create recommendations for remote interpreting.
